Job Description

As a Customer Success Advocate at Northeast Kingdom Online, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting them in identifying opportunities for growth and guiding them through the fulfillment process. If you are passionate about helping businesses overcome challenges, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of online marketing and business management, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Represent Northeast Kingdom Online at business events such as Chamber business nights, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all interactions with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with design concepts and tools is a plus.
